What is Sociix?

Sociix is a business management platform that helps companies organize clients, employees, schedules, services, and payments in one system.

What does each Sociix plan include?

Sociix offers three plans so teams can start small and upgrade as their operations grow.

  • Starter - Free trial, then $19/month: up to 3 employees, 50 jobs/month, scheduling, clients and properties, client portal, and mobile app access.
  • Growth - $49/month: up to 15 employees, unlimited jobs, invoices and manual payments, reports dashboard, team management, and priority support.
  • Pro - $129/month: unlimited employees, company branding, client portal and invoices, team performance reports, mobile crew workflows, and dedicated support.

Which features can customers test during the MVP trial?

Trial accounts can test the currently available MVP tools across the web dashboard, client portal, and mobile app.

  • Company onboarding, service presets, branding, and dashboard setup
  • Client, property, employee, job, and schedule management
  • Invoices, payment records, reports, and client portal access
  • Mobile crew workflows for daily jobs, job details, navigation, checklists, and status updates
  • Stripe payment links are available when client payments are enabled with Stripe test or live keys

What data is collected?

We only collect the data needed for the platform to function.

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Company information
  • Operational data, such as clients, services, and schedules

What is the data used for?

The data is used exclusively to:

  • Create and manage company accounts
  • Organize schedules and services
  • Manage employees
  • Register clients for the company using the platform

Does Sociix share my data with third parties?

No. Data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

Where is the data stored?

Data is securely stored in the platform database using Supabase.

Are client photos secure?

Yes. Photos added to projects and jobs:

  • Are used only for professional purposes
  • Are stored securely
  • Are not shared externally

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Does Sociix use cookies?

Yes. We use cookies to improve the user experience and support platform functionality.
